Binding upon the corporation are only the documents obtained directly from Maxwell-Kates, Inc.

The Board of Directors has agreed to hold interviews for apartment sales and sublets once a month. In order for an interview to be scheduled, all purchase applications and sublet applications are due in the office of Maxwell-Kates, Inc. by the first business day of the month. Exceptions to these monthly interviews, due to emergencies, will be decided on a case by case cases by a Board majority vote.
