PLEASE NOTE: Any permission granted by the board for a purchase, sublet or re-financing is limited to a period of 6 months. If the transaction has not been consummated within that time, the previous consent is withdrawn and a new application must be filed.

FOR YOUR INFORMATION:

- Roof hours: 7am to 11pm and closed from 11:00pm to 7:00am, except for July 4th.  Enjoy our beautiful new roof space, but kindly clean up after yourself. Click Here to see the Revised Roof Rules (sec. 19 of House Rules) as of September, 2008.

- All deliveries and moves are to be made Monday - Friday between the hours of 9am and 4:30pm. Deliveries (1 elevator trip ONLY) can be made Saturdays from 9am-1pm. Please let the super know of pending deliveries at least 2-3 days in advance and moves as far in advance (at least 1 week) as possible, so that the elevators are suitably padded and in the case of moves, they can be scheduled on separate days from other moves.

- All contractors performing work in your apartment must start no earlier than 9am and be out of the premises by 4:30pm. (Note: They must be properly insured and applicable paperwork must be filed with the managing agent.)

- Please be considerate of your neighbors with regard to noise from stereos, heavy bass, etc.

- The exterminator comes at regularly scheduled intervals. Sign up in the mailroom.
